Mersel Foods offers boiled sweet corn of the Syngenta's Sugar 75 variety in vacuum pack. Our sweet corn is carefully selected and processed in retort chambers at 121 °C, giving it a shelf life of 18 months.
The Best Boiled Sweet Corn for Snacking and Grilling
Syngenta’s Sugar 75 is a hybrid sweet corn variety known for its exceptional sweetness, ideal for fresh consumption and export. The plants grow vigorously to 5 to 6 feet tall, with silking occurring 53 to 55 days after sowing. The uniform, cylindrical ears measure 8 to 8.5 inches in length and contain 14 to 16 rows of golden yellow kernels with a high sugar content (Brix value of 15 to 16). Average yields range from 8 to 10 metric tons per acre, depending on various factors. Sugar 75 is adaptable to different climates and is ideal for cultivation in multiple Indian states throughout the year.
